By using Testpaperz you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to break our systems, scrape the library at scale, or use Testpaperz to harass other users.
3. Content & contributions
Papers and notes uploaded by contributors remain their property; by uploading, you grant Testpaperz a worldwide licence to host and display them. We review submissions before publishing.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days of purchase.
5. AI evaluations
AI feedback is provided to help you learn and is not a guarantee of board-exam marks. Treat it as a study aid, not a final assessment.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from settings.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner.
